If companies in today’s rapidly changing business environment want to maintain a strong competitive advantage, innovation becomes the critical capability. Thus, people from the nation to the enterprise are more and more emphasized to enhance innovation capability, many companies contribute a lot of resources to innovation, but the performance is not meet the expectations. Helping enterprises enhance innovation capability and innovation performance has become a hot content in academic research.Organizational innovation strategy is a guide for organization on the macro level to impact the organizational innovation activities, also providing the necessary human and material resources. In addition, the environment of supporting and encouraging organizational members to create stimulates innovative behaviors. Therefore, in this study, after reading a lot of domestic and foreign relevant literatures about organizational innovation strategy, innovation climate and innovatin performance, giving the original definitions and dimensions of the three variables. Not only studing the relationship among organizational innovation strategy, innovation climate and innovation performance, but also proposing the theoretical hypothesis on that matching organizational innovation strategy and innovation climate will impact on organizational innovation performance. This study chooses high reliability and validity measurement tools for the questionnaire to measure the relevant variables. Collecting520valid questionnaires to data analysis by using SPSS19.0statistical software, then verify the hypotheses. Research results indicate that organizational innovation strategy would positively affect behavior of the organization members, thereby affecting organizational innovation performance; exploratory innovation strategy has a positive role in forming the innovation climate; organizational innovation climate has a significant positive to influence on innovation performance; the matching of organizational climate and innovation strategy would influent innovation behavior positively. These results are very important to practice, they are a guidance for enterprise to land the innovation strategy, to form innovative climate, to match innovation strategy and innovation climate to improve innovation performance.
