Objective : (1)To research the effectiveness of the organizational innovative climate and creative self–efficacy on Individual innovative behavior, in anther word, whether the organizational innovative climate has an impact on Individual innovative behavior through the intermediary role of creative self–efficacy.(2) To research the effectiveness of creative self–efficacy and openness to experience on Individual innovative behavior, in anther word, whether the creative self–efficacy has an impact on Individual innovative behavior through the moderating role of openness to experience.Methods: Total 328 employee from 16 companies were evaluated by the organizational Innovative Climate Scale,Creative self–efficacy scale,openness to experience Scale and Individual Innovative Behavior Scale.Results: (1) organizational innovative climate can positive forecast individual innovative behavior. (2) creative self–efficacy can positive forecast individual innovative behavior.(3) Creative self–efficacy have full effect between organizational innovative climate and Individual innovative behavior.(4) openness to experience have the moderating effect between Creative self–efficacy and Individual innovative behavior. |
