After according to the ideasof the algorithm of BP neural network to construct a network model, from the realproperty management companies collected historical data of network training andstudying,adjustment model of link weights between neurons,to determine the intrinsicrelationship between the input and output, so that the model with the realty managemententerprise customer satisfaction evaluation of the ability.Finally, using rough set and BP neural network model evaluate the customersatisfaction of LongTai property company Handan branch,Use evaluation results putforward corresponding measures to improve the company’s customer satisfaction level.
