With today’s social and economic rapid development,real property managementindustry as part of the third industry in our country developed alive.However,as the realproperty management industry in our country started relatively late.It has some lowquality, management personnel low quality and so on.So in real property managementindustry has a lot of conflicts and disputes with customers at the same time.ThereforeThat is a long-term important significance study,establishing the customer satisfactionindex system of real property management enterprises, helping property managemententerprises to correctly evaluate and improve the management work,in order to enhancecustomer satisfaction and enterprise’s competitiveness.Firstly,in this paper,I expound the basic concepts of customer satisfaction and thetheory of rough sets and BP neural network through accessing to books and periodicalsand relevant professional information.On the impact real property company customersatisfaction factors in the analysis.And to explore the status residential propertymanagement and the existing problems in china. And combination of residentialproperty management services and features.Secondly,in this paper I make the index system scientific and practical to thesetting up the index of customer satisfaction.In detail including redundant indicatorsusing rough set theory to the first setting up index system. After according to the ideasof the algorithm of BP neural network to construct a network model, from the realproperty management companies collected historical data of network training andstudying,adjustment model of link weights between neurons,to determine the intrinsicrelationship between the input and output, so that the model with the realty managemententerprise customer satisfaction evaluation of the ability.Finally, using rough set and BP neural network model evaluate the customersatisfaction of LongTai property company Handan branch,Use evaluation results putforward corresponding measures to improve the company’s customer satisfaction level.
