Survey Research On The Customer Satisfaction Of Real Estate Based On Rough Set And BP Neural Network

The market of real estate of China has developed a lot since reform and opening.Along with the adjustment of construction of the enterprise and policy of thegovernment, the evaluation system for service and production of real estate becomemore and more important for core-competitiveness of any enterprise. The satisfaction ofcustomer become the key factor of developing of the enterprise. So, it is important forwinning in the competition of the market and improvement in social economydevelopment and satisfaction of the customer to work on the problem of customersatisfaction of real estate.This paper analysis the feature of real estate and the factor which affect thesatisfaction of Chinese customers based on the theory of satisfaction of customer. Theindex system of evaluating the satisfaction of real estate customers is established basedon the model of America. Then the index system of evaluation would be simplifiedbased on the rough set reduction theory. The redundancy of them would be cut off.Then the rested index would be set as the inputting layer the BP neural network,constructing a model of evaluating the satisfaction of customers. The relevant datawould be selected to be trained as realistic by using the BP neural network toolbox inMATLAB software. At last, the data of the calculation would be confirmed by puttinginto real business of Handan Yongjia Real Estate Corporation.6proposals would be putforward to the corporation to help them develop in a healthy and steady way.
