Empirical Analysis On The Employment Structure In Fujian Province And Research On Fiscal And Taxation Policies

Employment issues have been the hot issues and difficulties in China’s economicresearch, employment is the foundation and guarantee of the people’s livelihood, andit is of great significance for the development of the national economy and socialstability, at the same time, Fujian province has an important strategic position in theoverall economic development in China because of the special location. How to betteroptimize employment structure and improve the total employment in Fujian provinceare particularly important. In the means of promoting employment, fiscal and taxationpolicy is the most basic sense. Therefore, identifying present employment situation,policy gaps, key points in the policy and measures to promote employment, is a veryimportant topic. Especially in the current context of economic restructuring, theresearch on how to use fiscal and taxation policy to promote employment, Optimizethe structure of employment, and to the development of the national economy andsocial stability, is of great theoretical and practical significance.This paper analyzes the current employment status and employment structure ofFujian province and finds the mechanism of influencing employment in Fujianprovince by summarizing the existing theories and research results on employment,and it uses the combinative methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis, statisticaland comparative analysis, empirical and normative analysis with the actual situationof Fujian province. This article summarizes and refers to the foreign-related policiesand regulations;combs the existing fiscal and taxation policies to promoteemployment, and finds the shortcomings;and then puts forward some suggestions topromote employment growth which are easy to operate and have strong pertinence.This paper is divided into six parts: the first part describes research background,purpose and meaning, elaborates research content and methods, and briefly reviewsliterature research results both at home and abroad, points out the innovation andinsufficient in this article; the second part from the employment theory of westerneconomics, describes influencing path and mechanism respectively from aspects offinancial policy, tax and industry structure, on the basis of combing theories. The third part analyzes the current status of employment and employment structure in Fujianprovince in recent years, summarizes the characteristics and the change trend ofemployment structure in Fujian province, and finds some problems existing in them.On the basis, this part collects and organizes the related data, uses the method ofempirical analysis, builds the model to regress the factors affecting employment ofFujian Province and analyzes the results. The fourth part induces and summarizes themain content of the active employment policy in Fujian province and points out theinsufficient. The fifth part summarizes the financial policies which are used by maincountries of the world in the aspect of expanding employment and optimizingemployment structure, finds out the containing enlightenments by comparing foreignpolicy and experience. The sixth part based on the analysis of the above, on thepremise of optimizing employment structure and improving employment growth,proposes some fiscal and taxation policy suggestions suitable for Fujian province.
