Since the reform and opening up, China’s economy has deeply integrated into the global economy system.Banking operating activities, the allocation of financial resources,bank’s operating rules and international financial regulation has developed into internalization, making the Chinese banking sector blended into the wave of globalization inevitably, and the transnational operations of the Chinese banking sector has become an vital trend.After the international financial crisis which happens per century, the global economy are gaining a slow recovery and the global financial system began with reconstruction and integration in the post-crisis as the basic pattern of the world economy has undergone profound changes while the internationalization of China’s commercial banks facing a rare historical opportunity.The Outline of Our countries’12th Five-Year Plan clearly claimed the participation into the new round of amendments of international financial standards, improving the stable standards of China’s financial sector, the internationalized global banking sector has raised new demands and challenge to the stableness of banking supervision. However, the strategy arrangements of our country’banking internationalization is still relatively low and our theoretical studies mainly draw on the conclusions from foreign countries; empirical research on international strategy is relatively less.This paper comprehensive use during MBA studies related finance, the company strategy and other related knowledge and library literature resources, study the traffic bank internationalization development strategy and the implementation strategy.
