With the rapid development of mobile communication, China Mobile communication has entered its 4G era, projects construction volume of the operator increases continuously, which brings new opportunities and challenges to the mobile communication enterprises. When the opportunity comes, as a communications enterprise, we also need to make a good judgment on the overall market situation, and in the efforts to develop a good current market, we need to consider the development direction of enterprise in the post 4G era. Comba Telecom Systems (China) Co. Ltd., as the domestic largest indoor distribution system integrator and global second big station antenna supplier, also need to take different marketing strategy in 4G and post 4G Era, and further researches should be made on areas such as market transformation, new products research and development, internal management, service ability enhancement etc. This paper conducts competition strategy research of Comba, with Porter’s five forces model and SWOT analysis method, deep analysis and research are made on enterprise’s own advantages and disadvantages and the external competitive environment, clear the core competitiveness of enterprise and the opportunities and threats in communication industry. Based on the theory of strategic management, the strategic model and strategic positioning of the enterprise’s various levels are analyzed. The strategic management model and Implementation measures suit for Comba Telecom are summed up. This thesis consists of six chapters. The first chapter introduces the development of the mobile communication industry and the present situation of the enterprise, illuminates the purpose and significance of strategic management for enterprises. The second chapter briefly describes the development of strategic management and related concepts, analyzes the process theory of strategic management, especially introduces two theoretical tools--the Porter five forces model and SWOT analysis method. The third chapter, by means of PEST analysis model, analyzes enterprise external environment, explains enterprise’competitors within the industry, using Porter’s five forces model, enterprise strategy under this external condition are derived. The fourth chapter analyzes the internal environment of the enterprise, introduces enterprise income in recent years, and summarizes the core resources and the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise by analyzing the business distribution, enterprise organization structure, corporate culture and sound of human resources management system. The fifth chapter researches the formulation and implementation of enterprise competitive strategy, using SWOT analysis method, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages, and the strategy which enterprise should take, discusses the strategic choice of business line and product line, as well as aspects which enterprise should pay attention to while implement strategy. The sixth chapter summarizes the full text, and puts forward the prospect of the enterprise. Through researches of this paper, strategy direction suitable for the development of Comba is comprehensively considered and selected. Research results also have a certain reference value for the small and medium equipment suppliers and indoor distribution system integrators in current communication industry.
