Their theoretical research and implementation is representative in the world. InChina, the acknowledgement of minimum wage system is comparatively late and theimplementation situation is less than satisfactory. Therefore, it is of great reference for theimprovement of our minimum wage system in theory, legislation and implementation.Based on the theory of survival wage, wage-fund theory and Marx’s wage determinism,this thesis introduces the developing history of the minimum wage system in U.S. and China.And then it comparatively studies the implementation effects. Facing the existing problems inour system and learning from the U.S., it puts forward the policy advices by the means ofimproving the legislation construction, integrating the minimum wage standards, confirming theresponsibilities of the executive bodies and the supervisor.
