The Comparative Study On The Performance Of Sino-Japanese Auto Industry Policy

At present, the development of auto industry in China has achieved much progress, but scientific development should be taken into account at the same time. Because external factors as material, environment, security are involved in the process of auto production, sale and consumption, it is difficult for the industry to step onto scientific development path without rational regulations and policies from government.Under this circumstance, it is of theoretical and practical significance not only to compare,evaluate, and analyze auto industry policy performance between China and Japan, but also to learn some lessons from successful experience of Japan.This paper is composed of five parts. The first part is introduction. In this part, the purpose and value of selecting this topic are briefly stated,research status quo and research methods are also analyzed in detail. In the following part, application analysis theory and performance theory in the auto industry are elaborated. In the third part, auto industry development process and industry policy evolvement in both countries are reviewed. In the fourth part, the auto industry policy performance between China and Japan are compared and further analyzed from the perspectives of industrial structure, industrial organization, and industrial skill. Similarities and differences in the industry policy performance between two countries are further concluded. Moreover, research conclusion and corresponding proposals are expounded in the last part.Through systematic analysis and comparative analysis, this paper compares the auto industry policy performance of China and Japan, emphasizing that indirect intervention should also be adopted to meet the needs of complex global market environment. Take measures include a throughout adjustment and upgrade in the industry structure, a full support to independent brand development and scientific innovation, and an in-depth reform in the investment and financing system.In order to provide some feasible references for related authorities and help the public to make a deep recognition into auto industry policy, this paper also puts forward some proposals aimed at improving competitiveness and contributing to the scientific development of auto industry in China.
