Ability Evaluation And Comparative Analysis About The Independent Innovation Of State-owned Equipment Manufacturing Industry Of China

Nowadays, in the high speed period of global economy, fierce competitionbetween countries has mainly reflected by the power of science and technologycompetition. The equipment manufacturing industry, as the strategic industry thatconcerns national economic development and national security, is the corecomponent that guarantees the promotion of comprehensive national strength andrealization of industrialization. State-owned equipment manufacturing industry hastaken over the dominant position in our national equipment manufacturing industrythat its development has directly related to the overall development of China’sequipment manufacturing industry and also development of professional equipmentindustrial chain. Compared with other traditional industries, equipment industry paymore attention on the importance of independent innovation, and the state-ownedequipment manufacturing enterprises with large-scale has played the leading role ininnovation and production. So, researching the way to improve the independentinnovation capacity to create good social service environment and boost thetransformation of scientific and technological achievements has important theoreticaland practical significance to strategy transition and upgrade industries of ourequipment industries. The former is based on a lot of research equipmentmanufacturing industry as a whole, or in part of the region to be analyzed, there islittle research on state-owned equipment manufacturing innovation. So, based on thefoundation summarized current research scholars, the paper measure of historicaldata, qualitative and quantitative analysis of China’s state-owned equipment manufacturing capability of independent innovation, there is clear and intuitiveunderstanding of their development status, hoping to improve our state-ownedequipment manufacturing capability of independent innovation, promote thedevelopment of the industry play a positive role to play.Based on the research status of domestic and foreign scholars, this paper firstlydefines the connotation and factors of independent innovation ability of state-ownedequipment manufacturing industry and the position of it in the national economy.Secondly, further studied from two aspects: on the one hand, by selecting index,based on innovation inputs strength and vitality, and innovations into earningscapability of independent innovation capability of the current situation of China’sequipment manufacturing industry evaluation.selecting index of evaluation toevaluate the current situation of independent innovation ability of equipmentmanufacturing industry to fine the problems and main causes; on the other hand,through comparative analysis of innovation ability of state-owned equipmentmanufacturing industry between our country and abroad to offer inspiration andenlightenment of promotion of it in our country. Finally, aim to the above research,the paper has listed several suggestions on policy about promoting independentinnovation ability of our national equipment manufacturing industry.
