The stock is no longer id le resources or temporary reserves in the enviro nment ofsupply chain. Instead, it is the result of the seamless connection between enterprisesor between departments. Imp le mentatio n of inventor y ma nage ment under thecond itions o f the modern supply cha in mana ge ment will enhance the o verall e ffect ofthe supply cha in process. Through enhanced excha nge and shar ing of inter-enterpriseinformatio n fro m production to consumption, effective ly eliminates the "bullwhip "effect in the trad itiona l supp ly c hain and coordinates inventory between each nodeenterprise in supp ly cha in, increases time liness, accuracy and transparency ofinve ntory decis ion-mak ing informatio n, reduces the impact of uncertainty o n thestock, to achieve a seamless connection in the me mber units of the supply cha in andreduce the who le supply cha in inve ntory costs, improve effic ie ncy, achieve win-winand win.The study was supported by supp ly cha in inve ntory control and improve mentprojects of S company. Aiming at the pheno meno n of inflated inventor y and lowerinve ntory tur ns, la unc hed a series of studies, control and improve me nt. First us ing theISM (Interpretive structura l model) to determine the two most fundamenta l factors:supply chain planning syste m was imperfect, and supp ly cha in lead time was too lo ng.Then improved inventor y in supp ly c hain respective ly from the two aspects supplychain p lanning s ystem re for m and the lead-time reductio n with the methods of AHP(Ana lytic Hierarchy Process), decis ion tree analys is and VMI(Vendor ManagedInve ntory) and safety stock setting, put forward a series of the improveme nt pla n suchas marketing order reliab ility evaluation, productio n p lanning decis io n-making,imp le mentation o f vendor ma naged inventor y, set safety inve ntory, fina lly eva luatedquantitative ly the improve ment effect of the enterprise inventor y manage me nt. Theresults s how that, the imp le mentatio n of improve ment strategies effective ly resolvedthe S wind electr icity enterpr ise’s inve ntory predicame nt, after five months ofimprove ment, the inter na l raw materia l inventor y reduced about10%, the inventor y inthe entire supply chain reduced the approximate ly20%compared to the same period.The main work and innovative conc lus io n is illustrated as fo llow:(1) This paper analyzed the enviro nment and the characteristics of the supplychain of wind power ind ustry, then d iagnosed the inventory status of the wind turb ine manufacturer S enterpr ise, using the ISM method for structura l modeling of the keyfactors that affected the stock perfor mance of the S Enterpr ise, cleared the leve l offactors that impact supply cha in inventory in S Enterprise, led to the improveme ntstrategies of the ne xt two chapters with the correspond ing optimization measures bythe two most funda menta l influenc ing factors.(2) Diagnosed the status of s upply cha in p lanning s yste m in S enterprise,fo llowed by the improve ments o f marketing p lans, production p lans, procureme ntplans and p lanning s ystem.1) Perfected the infor mation conta ined in the marketingplan, the re liability of each order in the marketing p lan was evaluated and passed tothe Productio n Planning Department;2) Productio n plans scheduled decis ion-mak ingus ing the decis ion tree method with the orders that had been quantified the reliab ility;3)Optimized the preparation of procure ment plans, used the MRP logic to carry outthe preparation of procureme nt plans o f crucia l parts and sorted out the procureme ntplanning process;4) integration production p lanning sectio n of the ma nufactur ingdepartment and marketing the company’s Mana geme nt Department as a lar ge p lanningdepartment.(3) Improved the S enterprise supp ly cha in inventory from the angle ofcompress ing the supp ly cha in lead time. Compressed supply supplier mana geme nttime with the introduction o f VMI (Vendor ma naged inventor y) and the establishme ntof strategic partnership. Through the promotio n of direct send ing station bus inessmana ge ment s ystem a nd set reasonable sa fety stock to compress S Enterprise interna lsupply cha in time, the last, use improve ment e xe mplifies the effectiveness o f themethod.
