The revitalization of the old industrial base in Northeast China is one of the most important national strategies of our country. To achieve to goal, the government promulgated a series of supportive policies, such as On the Implementation of The Northeast Old Industrial Base Revitalization Strategy of Opinion, Northeast Revitalization Planning, National Revitalization of Old Industry Base Planning (2011-2020), The Revitalization of The Northeast, Twelfth Five-Year Plan for Northeast China. Now the optimal adjustment of industrial structure in Northeast China has achieved initial success, in the future, the market will witness further development, and guide local economic growth of revitalization. However, because of the influence of financial crisis, foreign trade market companies have turned to the domestic market, the capacity in the market has increased rapidly, and competition has arisen rapidly. In addition, the economic adjustment seems cannot be able to over in a short time. Thus, the sever competition will continue.In this paper, the paper discussions company the marketing strategies should adopt. In product strategy, based on the theory of product the product line, COSCO’s debvote diversified means of qualitative research. In price strategy, the success of the company to establish the relationship between the space utilization rate and yield. Here, space utilization rate as freight results. In the promotion strategy, this paper studies the customer discount standard. This article through the questionnaire survey and work experience, satisfaction curve pricing plotted. On this basis, in order to profit moderate for pricing purposes, the small customer volume fluctuations as to reduce income. This approach, taking into account the decision maker’s subjective income, which makes the decision result can give decision makers to bring more satisfaction.
