The Research Of JD Profit Pattern Optimization Based On The SWOT Analysis

With the rise of the Internet,in 1995 the United States announcing the opening of the Internet commercial function,dramatic changes have taken place in the mode of enterprise development,from traditional offline store to online store,Economic market began to expand,an amount of large B2C enterprises emerging,such as Amazon,JD,Alibaba,Vipshop,etc.E-commerce has experienced exploration and start-up phases to the high-speed development period,some E-commerce enterprises have gradually formed their own profit pattern,but some have not formed stable profit pattern yet.JD,as China's largest retail enterprises,has only been listed for just over three years,but the current scale of the company has expanded to the whole country.As of December 31,2016,which possessed 227 million active users,12000 suppliers,0.12 million third-party merchants,top 9 intellectualized logistics centers throughout the country,7 major city logistics centers,25 forefront distribution centers,etc.However,JD rocket-type development has shown a weak performance in terms of profitability.For three consecutive years in operating losses,the profit pattern constitution is worth explored.This paper built JD current profit pattern,mainly based on the analysis result of JD financial status,using the SWOT analysis theory to analyze JD internal and external environment,and finally based on results of the SWOT analysis,put forward targeted optimization strategies of JD profit pattern.The results of this study are based on the SWOT analysis of the current profit pattern of JD and target optimization countermeasures,which mainly include the following three aspects.First,propose the countermeasures to be optimized against the disadvantages of JD current profit pattern;secondly,propose advantageous and better countermeasures for Advantages of JD current profit pattern;third,propose new profitable channels for the future development of the e-commerce market.
