The farmers’specialized cooperative is the product of Chinese rural society marketability reform. It is also the innovation of agricultural organization system. The goal of this kind of innovation is to increase own benefit of the members. Economic benefit is the basis and link of farmers’cooperation, and the root cause and power of existence and development of farmers’cooperation. As a community of benefit, farmers’cooperation is bound to arise conflicts because of benefit, so it needs a balance of benefit. Therefore, the key development of the farmers’specialized cooperative is the establishment of the reasonable benefit joint and the benefit assignment mechanism. Only then can increase the development motion of the farmers’specialized cooperative, promote the farmers’specialized cooperative to develop effectively, and finally increase the farmers income.This article takes system of property right and governance structure theories as a foundation. From the macroscopic angle, this article analyses the farmers’ specialized cooperative benefit mechanism’s present situation, the existence questions and the influencing factors. Then it provides references for development of the farmer’s specialty cooperative in China through investigation and comparative study of the changes and features of the America Cooperative Organizations in America and Japanese Cooperative Organizations.Next from the microscopic angle, this article takes Wangyan Pig-raising Cooperatives as an example through the discussion, the questionnaire survey, statistical and the measurement analysis’s method. Analyze the benefit mechanism and the influencing factors of the farmers’specialized cooperative from the property right arrangement angle and the management structure angle.
