With the development of modern society and technology, the customer demandfor personalized products is increasingly prominent. However, in the mode ofdemand-pull production, the company’s manufacturing scale transfers from thetraditional mass customization into a variety of small quantities of mixed flowproduction gradually. This mode of production brings great challenge to theoperation of automobile production. As the production process an important part ofthe production, logistics plays a decisive role in the workshop of automobile. Basedon the lean logistics thinking, the study on the logistics system of C case enterpriseand the analysis how to optimization, which has practical significance and researchvalue.Firstly, this paper makes a detailed analysis on the content, the workingprinciples and implementation methods of lean logistics. Combined with the specificrequirements of lean production of the automobile manufacturing enterprises, weanalyzes the key features of automobile manufacturing enterprises when leanthinking are embedded in their production. Besides, we give the specificrequirements about implements of lean logistics thinking into automobileproductions.Furthermore, taking C enterprise for example, this paper focuses on theproduction model and the process layouts, the structure of production logisticssystem, the logistics and distribution characteristics of the production of thisenterprise. We point out that the issues exits in the system and the cause of theproblem mainly from the facility and on-site material flow planning level twoaspects, which provide a feasible and improved way to optimize the productionlogistics system.Finally, this paper conducts a comprehensive evaluation about the production logistics system optimization program of C enterprise and determines theevaluation purposes and principles of the C production logistics systemoptimization program. Besides, we establish the performance evaluation indexsystem. At the same time, we give the method of calculating the indicators. Basedon the associated matrix method, we evaluate the production performance oflogistics system before and after optimization, thus verifying the effectiveness ofthe optimization program.
