With the development of economy, our country agriculture in moderntechnology to stimulate and got considerable development, national supportagriculture strength is further deepened, as an agricultural country, industry related toagriculture has always been the most important part of China’s industrial structuresystem, has strong country support and concern. And the seed industry is the sourceof the development of the food industry, it is not only related to the development ofChina’s agricultural system, but also related to the problem of food and clothing of themost basic of our people. In order to ensure the quality of crop seed and high yieldcrop planting promotion, not only need the introduction of domestic and foreignexcellent technology, speed up the breeding of crop cultivation of local qualityimprovement, more need to strengthen the construction of breeding relatedenterprises, to support the national brand.In the fierce market competition, technical knowledge employees has become avaluable resource of agricultural enterprises and trump card, whether in production,sales are the direct creator of agricultural enterprise value and profit, but also enhancethe enterprise benefit unchanged and only motivation. However, the level of currentdevelopment of agricultural enterprises, weak, low profitability management defects,it is difficult to attract technology refined prospecting employees, this situation is notconducive to the development of agricultural enterprise. The aim of this study isthrough the analysis of actual case, sum up experience to help agricultural enterprisesto establish a sound and perfect incentive compensation plan, to attract more excellentemployees for agricultural enterprises, motivating the need for them, so that theworking enthusiasm to the greatest extent.Changchun Anmei Agriculture Co., Ltd, as a county territory dealer of DopontPioneer of Ameirican in Jilin province, was built at the beginning of1999, with30 employees and more than12million sales volume. This paper mainly through theanalysis of Changchun Ann reality beauty company, find out the existing salarysystem of Company Changchun an American agricultural problems, combining withrelated theory as an American company to re construct the Changchun salarymanagement framework, solving practical problems were discussed, providing a newincentive system for agricultural enterprises. Research and design of total compensationsystem and puts forward the countermeasures corresponding to provide new, valuable,convenient tools to carry out the model for mode selection of China’s agriculturalenterprise employee salary incentive and the specific path, and provide a theoreticaltool for the practice of compensation management of agricultural enterprises in china.In the face of increasingly fierce competition situation, using the concept of moderncompensation management mechanism, methods and means to respond to marketchallenges, including an American companies, many high-quality seed dealers can notescape the problem. Through analysis of an American company compensationmechanism, from theory to study and design a set of practical distribution process ofthe salary management system can not only improve the company developmentpresent situation, has the important guiding significance to the related enterprises.The purpose of this study is to be analyzed and discussed the existingcompensation management system of an American company, aiming at the existingproblems, puts forward corresponding reform plan, improve and perfect the Anmeithe compensation management system of the company, to make it more scientific andreasonable, to enhance the company’s performance of the driving force, to promotesustainable and healthy development of the enterprise stable.
