In the area of human resource management, compensation management is the most vital and difficult management task. Because it is not only involved in the economy accounting and effectiveness of the company, but also related with the vital interests of employeeIn this presented paper, the theoretical research and case study methods were used to analysis the compensation of DEAO company, which based on special surveys, document retrieval, information collection and the present situation of pay management investigation in DEAO company. The author of this paper found the following problems in the compensation management of DEAO company:(1) salary distribution is extremely unreasonable, lack of fairness;(2) the post does not reflect the value of posts;(3) the compensation management process is not standardized;(4) the remuneration system of incentives is not obvious.DEAO company compensation design, specific suggestions are as follows:(1) based on the job analysis, by rank and job evaluation to determine a reasonable level of pay.(2) design improvement when the pay system, the different rank of designing salary system, and focus on design improvement of performance pay.(3) to improve the performance appraisal system, the performance assessment is designed to accommodate and support the implementation of salary system.DEAO redesign and implementation of the company’s compensation system allows DEAO corporate salaries to attract and retain talent, the role of effective motivation of talents so as to foster enthusiasm and creativity of the work team and the staff actively creating value for the company, achieve win-win business and employees.
