Since the concept of project management is recommended to the project construction ofelectric power system, project management in power construction projects has beenincreasingly mature, and is widely used. First introducing the selected topicbackground and significance, the progress of the domestic project quality managementsystem requirements, research ideas and methods, then expounding the theoreticalframework, analyzing the North Company’s present situation on building and operation ofengineering project quality management system, the problems and the reasons, the paperadvances the North Company’s principle of method on optimization research, optimizationdesign for the inferior coal power plant construction project quality management system,and analyzes the effect, puts forward the guarantee measures for system optimization scheme,finally has carried on the summary and outlook.The project participants including the owner, supervision, designer, the subcontractorand the supplier, under quality management by the on-site project management team,improve the quality of work, in order to make sure the work flow, standardization andnormalization, to finally achieve the optimization of project quality, and made considerablegains.Optimization study of Inferior coal power plant construction project qualitymanagement system is beneficial to guaranteeing and improving the quality of inferior coalpower plant construction project, shortening the construction period and cost savings, andprovides some useful reference for the similar project construction quality management.Whether for the project quality management system construction or the company’s overall quality management system construction, this study is a good demonstration.
