From the past to energy savingand environmental protection, low carbon life today, all of the regional centralheating system have great expectation.A heating company as the region’s only a state-owned heating company, whichnot only bear the higher authorities to performance appraisal, but also to accept thecorporate social responsibility appraisal. In the face of beautiful city construction,meet the needs of residents, business enterprise heating safety, save social resources,improve the environment, especially relates to the livelihood of the people, socialstability and so on many requests, A heating companies to ensure their own health,sustainable development, strategy is not immutable and frozen, must follow theinternal conditions, the external environment changes. Management must also bebased on the phase constitution, different enterprises have different managementmode.
