Energy and environmental protection is an important part of achieving carbon peak and carbon neutralization.The heating energy of urban and rural residents accounts for a large proportion in the field of energy application.Clean and environmental friendly heating mode is the main measure to solve the problems of urban and rural heating and air pollution.As a clean,environment-friendly,energy-saving and efficient energy application,air source heat pump heating is being vigorously promoted.Yanbian l Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.is a new generation enterprise that realizes clean heating by using air source heat pump.How to meet the market demand,tap their own potential,efficiently integrate enterprise resources and stand out in the industry competition is an important task for clean heating enterprises.This paper takes Yanbian l Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.as the research object.Firstly,the external environment of the enterprise is analyzed by PEST analysis method and Porter’s five forces model analysis method.Secondly,through literature collection,field research,interview and exchange,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the internal environment in terms of enterprise development overview,organizational structure,human resources,financial status and technical resources.Thirdly,it evaluates the external and internal factors of the enterprise,and selects the growth strategy as the company level strategy for the future development of Yanbian l Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.through SWOT analysis and quantitative strategic plan matrix(QSPM).Third,it formulated the development vision of "focusing on the development of people’s livelihood industries based on clean energy heating,and striving to build a pragmatic,efficient,responsible and responsible professional clean heating company",and determined three short-term goals and one long-term goal.Fourth,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the growth strategy,it is necessary to select the centralization strategy as the business level strategy of the company’s development,and focus on the selection of heating customers,the development of heating areas and the development of heating areas.Finally,strategic safeguard measures are formulated from the aspects of adjusting the organizational structure,giving full play to the efficiency of human resource management,consolidating the foundation of financial management,strengthening the construction of corporate culture,improving the level of heating service,improving the recovery rate of heat charge and strengthening the management of enterprise energy efficiency,so as to ensure the smooth implementation of the company’s development strategy.The purpose of this study is to help Yanbian l Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.give full play to its own advantages,seize the development opportunities brought by the clean heating environment,improve the competitiveness of the enterprise,and realize the cost reduction and efficiency increase of the enterprise.At the same time,this study defines the company’s future development strategy,enriches and supplements the relevant research on the development strategy of environmental protection technology enterprises,and can be used as a learning case and reference material for the development strategy formulation and scheme planning of similar environmental protection enterprises.
