| This paper studies three aspects of the order management in A company, Thecurrent situation that product quotation, product quality, product delivery problems, andcauses of problems. On this basis, the system presents the design and implementation oforder management optimized for A company, based on the perspective of matchingsupply and demand.Firstly, this paper assumes that the A company orders Poisson arrival, productoperation time satisfy negative exponential distribution. The difference of sensitivitybased on customer delivery date, the market segmented for the emergency order andgeneral order, application of revenue management theory and M/M/1model, establisheda system of flexible price. Through numerical calculation, the results show the quotationsystem of corporate earnings is significantly better than FCFS.Secondly, based on the analysis of A company is still in the stage of qualityinspection, namely the objective reality of the weak foundation, the use of TQMidea,the system construction of departments, the system construction of function through thecommittee, the system construction ofpolicy, the system construction of qualitymanagement unit system(QMU), establishing the quality control system of A four inone, the system operating healthy, promote the quality of spiral A company’s productimprovement.Then, based on the steel wire production line as the breakthrough point, analyzes Acompany product delivery period long, using the thought of BPR, the theory ofconstraints (TOC), five focusing steps of the three step, the first step in findingproduction system "constraints", the second step is excavating as production system’s"constraints", the third step is all work "to" constraints.Built with steel wire productionline as an example of "drum buffer rope," continued to improve the production process,and passed through the load capacity of the sample order, which shows that “drumbuffer rope of production process," is significant in product delivery improved in Acompany.In this paper, based on the Chinese stainless steel production capacity of theserious oversupply of background,and cluster "low-quality low-cost" competitiveenvironment of Dai Nan stainless steel industry,research on order management problems of A company.
