Considering Supply Chain’s Competition Modeland Optimization With Product Quality Level

With the development of information technology,the trend of global economic integration is becoming more and more obvious.Besides,there is a fundamental change in the competition of its market environment as well as competition method.Nowadays,market competition has entered the important stage of quality competition,more and more enterprises begin to pay attention to the status and function of the quality of products in the market competition,and strive to provide better products and services to meet customer’s diversified expectations and requirements.Under the environment of supply chain,the product quality,as the core element of supply chain,is the key to promote competitive strength of the whole supply chain.Meanwhile,in view of a series of events about quality occurred frequently,it is necessary to focus on the product quality of the supply chain and construct practical contract coordination mechanism in order to coordinate and to improve the supply chain.Because the product quality affects the market demand,in this paper,we make a research on the coordination problem and the optimization problem of the two level supply chain composed of a single manufacturer and two competing retailers.On the basis of a comprehensive and in-depth study on the present situation of domestic and foreign research,this paper puts forward the research questions and contents of the thesis.Firstly,this paper discusses how to design the coordination mechanism of supply chain under the condition of demand determination.It analyzes the optimal results of integrated and decentralized decision-making by building the decision model of supply chain,and the coordination of the quantity discount contract and two-part tariff contract is introduced into on base of the decentralized decision making.The study found that these two contracts can coordinate and optimize the supply chain,and improve the contract efficiency.Then,under uncertain environment,we take the decision making and profit ofthe members of these two level supply chains into consideration on the basis of the last chapter.Also,based on the decentralized decision,we design a cost sharing contract and a revenue sharing contract which are to coordinate and improve supply chain.In these two contract,the members of the supply chain can always find an optimal Pareto interval to ensure their own expected profit can increase.At the same time,in comparison,profit sharing contract can improve the contract efficiency that the cost sharing contract is failed to achieve.The innovation of this thesis is to consider the product quality influences the market demand,and it designs different contract mechanism to coordinate supply chain while focusing on the coordination of the quantity and quality.I hope the conclusion of this paper is able to provide helpful theoretical guidance and method to the effective operation of the supply chain.
