Research On Product Delivery Quality And PDM Implementation

This article introduces quality management system. List product delivery process,order fulfillment process and customer support processes. In the second sectionquality concept, introduce total quality management, ISO/TS16949qualitymanagement system, advanced product quality planning, error proofing, supplierquality management and PPAP.Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP) includes six major worldwide phase.The first phase is the product portfolio, make strategic plan and development. Thesecond phase is project definition, will develop the product concept definition, thescope of the project and product specifications, the parts target cost and reliabilitygoals, and to develop a project plan and schedule. The third phase is projectdevelopment-costs approved, team fully staffed, virtual assembly, a specific productand process design, physical build release. The fourth phase is demonstrationassembly, product and process validation, ordering parts for production and service.The fifth phase is project implementation-to start production, verify all of the projectobjectives reached. The sixth phase is complete the project, recognized the projectresults, lessons learned, and re-allocation of resources, is the end of the project. Thearticle focused on quality integration process in all sub-processes in theenterprise-class product delivery process.Part level product delivery process (PLPDP) is closely linked to enterpriseproduct delivery process (EPDP), include study, design, develop, verify, implementand complete, link to enterprise product delivery process.PDM(Product Data Management). PDM is the one used to manage allproduct-related information (including parts information, configuration,documentation, CAD files, structure, security information, etc.) and allproduct-related processes (including process definition and management) technology.Part level quality planning used PDM software to manage and implement the qualitymanagement.
