For the implementation of customer focusprecision marketing, fusion development difference service strategy, A Telecom needs todeepen the strategic transformation, from the network management to contentmanagement promotion application, which requires the implementation of purchasemanagement to supply chain management span, enhance supply chain extendingtransversely, provide three kinds of abilities: ability, enhance the value of resourcessupport accurate deployment capability and risk control ability.This article through to the whole business operation period of supply chaincapability requirement analysis, puts forward the existing conditions, the firstimplementation of enterprise collaborative to improve management capacity: theconstruction of internal supply chain facilitate interdepartmental coordination; in theenterprise to advance the customer demand as the center of the precise planmanagement to plan, drive resource accurately; increase intensive procurement strength,speed up the purchase method of innovation and improvement, to deepen the enterprisevalue promotion ability; deepening material standardization process, through thestandardization of efficiency, and through the standardization of Cluster Promotingmaterials procurement scale, reduce goods and materials to carry out overall costmanagement; inventory accuracy to reduce business operating costs, supporting leanconstruction engineering mode; aggrandizement and perfect information system support,promote enterprise interior, internal and external communication and coordination.Two is the implementation of external cooperative promotion resources accurateallocation ability: to strengthen supplier management, promote enterprise cooperationwith suppliers; develop collaborative supply chain, promote resource get ability;Collaborative Logistics Sustainable Development and innovation, increase the supplychain operating effectiveness and efficiency.In this paper, to improve the strategies were compared in detail, and with some specific practice and case analysis, previous experience summary.
