The twenty-first Century competition is not the competition between enterprises,but the supply chain and the competition between the supply chains. Supply chainmanagement is the use of modern information technology, through the transformationand integration of business processes, with suppliers and customers to establishcooperative business partners, the implementation of e-commerce, improve thecompetitiveness of enterprises.In the supply chain and the supply chain competition, the change of marketdemand rapid response ability is the supply chain competitive advantage is the mainreason. Time has become the first competitive factors of supply chain. Rapid responseto market demand is the process of supply chain each link in the interaction process.Due to the increasingly fierce market competition, customer demand is becomingmore and more change and diversification, in daily work, we often feel purchase speedwill not follow customer demand changes. This article through to the G Telecom supplychain analysis, found the G telecommunications procurement supply chain existdecentralized information system, internal process is complicated, the enterprise supplychain coordination problem of the poor, the influence of G telecommunicationsprocurement supply response speed. Aiming at these problems, use of supply chainmanagement, just-in-time purchasing theory and method, put forward to promote supplychain affect the speed of the4strategy. One is the integration of IT supportingmanagement system, including the new supplier collaborative platform; two is tooptimize the internal procurement and purchasing strategy; three is the establishment ofclassified material strategic supplier, supplier to hoard supplies category increased class;four is the collaborative logistics. In this paper, to improve the strategies were comparedin detail, and presents some practical experience. I hope these methods and experienceof communication enterprises to strengthen supply chain management help.
