In the era of economy, talent competition is the mainstream of marketcompetition.To maintain sustainable development power, enterprises must solve theproblem of talent, as it is not only the most active and subjective factor in productivity,but also the most crucial factor to the development of modern enterprises. It is a eternaltheme for each enterprise to seriously study, explore and fulfill about how to motivateemployees to play their own potential. And this is also the problem to be discussed inthis thesis.In this paper, research background, methodology and the train of thought will beelaborated first. Taking company A as an example, its basic human resourcemanagement and current performance evaluation and salary system will be elaboratedfrom the angle of two incentive theories-Content Principle and Process Principle.Starting from employee satisfaction survey, the thesis will design a questionnaire andextract of a certain proportion of employees to fill it, and then diagnose, analyze andsum up the the problems and causes of the incentive mechanism of company A. Basedon this analysis results, how to motivate employees to play their potential and how tofind out proper employee incentive measures will be explored from the four aspects ofthe overall design thought of incentive mechanism, incentive mechanism’s bettering,incentive strategy’s bettering, and different employee incentive measures, so as toredesign its compensation plan and assessment mechanism, and perfect its incentivemechanism scheme.This paper aims to activate human resources and improve its team quality andmanagement level to lay the most fundamental solid foundation for the sustainable andleapfrog development, and the change of management mode of enterprises, so that theycan gain a stronger market competition advantage and capacity of creating value.Theresults of their research are also hoped to be borrowed by the incentive management ofcompanies with similar background for reference, and thus able to offer help to theconstruction and operation of incentive mechanism in state-owned constructionenterprises, to achieve their economic and social benefits.
