The non-public sector of the economy is an important part of China's socialist market economy.Since the policy of reform and opening up,the private enterprises in China have been developed rapidly.At present,private enterprises are becoming an important force in economic transformation and upgrading,and one of the vitality sources to help the supply-front reform.However,due to various factors,the small and medium-sized private enterprises are short of scientific system in human resources management.R company is located in Weifang City,Shandong Province and was established in 1984.It is an important provincial-level leading enterprise of agricultural industrialization,a representative of the small and medium sized private enterprises,and committed to the operation and development of sesame industry.Selecting R company as the research object and the Two-Factor theory as the theoretical basis,this paper studied the motivation pattern of R company by using four methods including literature,field research,questionnaire,quantitative and qualitative analysis.This paper conducted questionnaire to 240 employees and interviews to 15 employees and leaders of R company from motivation factor and hygiene factor.By analyzing the survey results and data,the writer found that there is a lack of effective motivate measures,perfect staff training system,promotion channels,work recognition mechanism,poor hygiene effects and other issues in R company.In order to solve these problems,this paper takes the concept based on employee development as the starting point,and improves the current motivation pattern of R Company.The 16 factors that are greatly related to employees are divided into motivation factors and hygiene factors,and adjusted according to the actual situation.Based on the survey data,the 16 factors are divided into the leading factors,secondary factors and keeping factors.This paper improves the motivate measures corresponding to training and study,promotion,work approval,decision making,salary,welfare,a sense of achievement and other factors based on the employee development.The main improvement measures are: the establishment of training management system throughout the employee's career,the implementation of multiple promotion system,the implementation of human value management,both motivation and assessment.The main improvement measures of hygiene factors are: the implementation of multi-level payment system and the expansion of self-help welfare.At the same time,this paper put forward the corresponding safeguard measures: perfecting the company's organizational structure system based on the employee development,establishing the social training system of the professional and technical personnel,safeguarding the investment in employee motivation funds,and monitoring the implementation of the motivation measures.This paper formed a more complete motivation system based on employee development.
