With China’s access of WTO and financial globalization, some foreign insurance companies have attracted a great number of excellent financial talents by means of the advantages of its incentive mechanisms. The laggard incentive mechanisms have become the neck of restricting its reform and development. Therefore, now it is of realistic significance to construct a scientific, reasonable and efficient incentive mechanism.On the basis of a great deal of western incentive theories, the paper set HASL Liaoning Branch as the example, focused on its present situation and existed problems, reconstruct the incentive mechanism of HASL Liaoning Branch.In the course of analyzing the incentive mechanism of HASL Liaoning Branch, this paper designs a distinctive and efficient incentive mechanism program from both the physical and psychic aspects. In physical incentive mechanism, it separately shapes the compensation systems for administrative staff, sales staff and operational staff. In psychic incentive mechanism, consulting some theories and absorbing the good respects of different incentive mechanisms, the paper first designs some psychic incentive methods, which are suitable for all the staff in HASL Liaoning Branch. Second, it designs an individual psychic incentive scheme according to the behavior characteristics of different types of staff, who respectively work on administrative post, sales post and operational post. Moreover, the paper also analyses the methods which should pay great attention in order to assure the effective implementation of HASL Liaoning Branch’incentive mechanism.
