ABSTRACT:With economic development and the improvement of life standards quality, variety, fresh and safe products, supply in time of the majority is the universal demand of agricultural products of vegetables for people. Meanwhile, the accelerated pace of urban life, workers have no time to the market or supermarket to buy fresh produce. With the development of electronic commerce, the demand of agricultural products is increased.Based on this background, the development of logistics convenience stores can be well adapted to the modern life. Logistics combines convenience store reference and convenience stores, can solve the last mile problem of distribution for enterprises. In this paper, analyze the SN Group agricultural retail network and distribution network, combined with the actual situation of the SN Group as well as practical experience in the business and research analysis, consider the qualitative analysis of vegetable produce timeliness, the mode of logistics convenience store, service levels and other key factors. In the qualitative analysis, based on the method of0-1mixed integer programming, SN Group established vegetable products logistics convenience store location-routing optimization model, based on the issue, we divided the location-routing optimization problem into two stages of site selection and routing optimization, namely to establish a two-stage model. The model considered to reduce the cost of logistics convenience stores, considering the timeliness of agricultural products, service levels and the impact of customer satisfaction. Finally, we used improved genetic algorithm to solve the two-stage model. And then we give some advices for SN Group after analyzing the model.
