The Economic Structure In Hunan Province Based On The Gray System Theory

Abstract:The twenty-first century, as the unprecedented challenges of the global financial crisis, so that the economy became the focus of the world, and the economic industrial structure is one of the important contains. A region’s economic industrial structure in the local economic development has very important sense, also it is an important factor of harmonious society and stable development.Gray system theory has large value in use and broad application prospects in the run and scientific research in economic production. When less of data and information, it can found that the variation of things by using limited information, in order to provide the basis to promote the rational distribution of economic industrial and optimization of resources utilization.Base on the economic industry in Hunan Province. We discuss the current situation of Hunan Province’s economic industrial structure. First the prediction of economic output and industrial structure in the next few years with the OCGM (1,1) system gray prediction. The intrinsic relationship and interaction factors among the first, second and third economic industry using gray concern analysis and gray decision-making were provided. Also the OCGM (1,1) forecasting model and GM (1,1) prediction model were compared and analyzed, the forecasting results showed that the former model has higher accuracy. And Paper data came from the China Statistical Yearbook and Hunan Statistical Yearbook.At the same time, I hope that this paper has some help to the economic industry structure analysis, research, forecasting and decision-making in Hunan Province.
