Currently, the domestic telecommunication operators are transformed to the industry-leading integrated information service provider transformation. With the proposing of country policies to promote the development of information technology and energy saving and intensifying competition in the full-service environment. Yunnan Mobile faces new opportunities and challenges on the development of business and deepen network. In order to better support the company’s internal business platform infrastructure cloud resources and provide better quality network environment, the company carries out the construction of the IDC hosting platform.This thesis is focused on the management and control of the progress of first-stage project of Yunnan mobile IDC bearing platform. Based on the study of the needs of the project survey, the internal and external environment of hardware installation, combined with the domestic and foreign project progress management theory, use of related management model, the paper planning and management construction schedule systematically. Thus fulfilled the key links contains program planning, equipment preparation, equipment installation and debugging, acceptance online and so on. Furthermore, the paper analysis deviation scientifically, all those have provide scientific basis to the project, as well as other related projects.The overall structure of the paper is divided into the following five sections:The first part is introduction, including background of the thesis, dissertation topics, current status of the study on project schedule management at home and abroad and the research methods. The second part is theoretical review of the project management, expounded the theoretical knowledge and methods of project management and project schedule management systematically. The third part, a basic overview of Yunnan mobile IDC bearing platform, including the background of the project, technical requirements and design programs. The fourth part, the study of the schedule management of Yunnan mobile IDC hosting platform, get the WBS according to the Delphi method, and combined with the progress of the project plan to draw the critical path of the project, and to estimate the duration of the project. The fifth part of the paper is the control of the project, analyzed deviation factors and proposed the corresponding control measures. On this basis, the paper draws the optimization model. The last part is the conclusion and research overview of the paper. |
