With the development of national digital economy,information industry gradually occupies an important economic position,all walks of life have opened the road of information transformation,information system construction projects are gradually changing people’s definition of projects.In engineering projects,product development and other traditional projects,in addition to management personnel,technical personnel,need more labor,equipment and other resources;In the construction of modern information system project,the comprehensive talents integrating information technology and management technology become the core resources of the project.Traditional project schedule management methods,mainly include gantt chart,the critical path method and program evaluation,etc.,mainly according to the project into activities,according to the logical relationship between activities,progress to develop a network diagram,determine the critical path,the longest total path to the time limit for a project as a project plan period of activity,the progress management method,Without considering the resource bottleneck caused by the resource limitation and the impact of people’s psychological behavior,the conflict of resources in activities is easily caused by the deviation of the project schedule and the delay of the completion of the project.However,the project schedule management based on the critical chain technology not only considers the relationship between activities and resource constraints,but also takes the influence of people’s psychological behavior as an important factor into the management,which makes up for the deficiency of traditional project schedule management,improves people’s enthusiasm for work,balances resource conflicts and ensures the project schedule.This paper takes the construction schedule management of CLOUD platform information system project of Z Group as the research object.In view of the problems such as resource conflict and delay caused by unreasonable schedule arrangement in the implementation process of the project,the critical chain technology schedule management method is adopted to optimize.Paper to use traditional project schedule management methods is analyzed,a series of problems in the traditional project schedule based on the data,try the critical chain technology to optimize theory and analyze the activity on the critical path of resources,will be parallel activities,according to the resources for the situation,combined with the activity period,serial arrangement,balance the resource conflict,identify the key chain,At the same time,the buffer monitoring scheme is established,and the five-level matrix monitoring method is put forward,which improves the shortcomings of the traditional three-color monitoring method,such as large granularity and wide range.Through the optimization of the critical chain technology,the project duration is greatly reduced in theory,the schedule planning is reasonable,the schedule control is flexible and scientific,and the schedule management level is greatly improved.Meanwhile,the schedule management level of similar projects is improved,providing reference and reference for other information system projects in schedule management.
