China’s insurance industry in the process of development, there is a prominent issue is the spatial layout unreasonable, unbalanced development of urban and rural insurance market, insurance market relative to the city, county insurance market development relative lag. Hunan County resident population reached63060000people, accounting for the province’s total population88.4%; administrative division of area of205300square kilometers, accounting for the province’s total area96.9%; GDP was1297183000000yuan, accounting for the province’s GDP66%, Hunan County commercial insurance market has great potential. The commercial insurance marketing is one of the important means to develop the market, the correct analysis of Hunan County commercial insurance market, use the effective marketing strategy to promote the commercial insurance market development, play a positive role in the construction of harmonious society and the commercial insurance in the construction of new socialist countryside, not only the policy requirements, is the demand of the market, more is a great opportunity to the development of commercial insurance industry. In this paper, taking Hunan Province as an example, the data from a questionnaire survey in10counties of Hunan Province, the marketing situation and market supply and demand of Hunan Province County commercial insurance are analyzed in detail, a marketing concept lag to identify constraints of Hunan County commercial insurance marketing major problems, marketing channels relative single, marketing products lack of marketing development of merchantability, marketing personnel quality is relatively low, the level of marketing management and marketing service system is relatively backward, the insurance policy is not balanced, the marketing of inadequate supervision, the marketing environment is not ideal factors. Aiming at the problems and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to accelerate the development of commercial insurance in seven counties in Hunan:must correct marketing concept, marketing channels, optimize the product design, improve quality, strengthen the marketing team building, improve marketing management and service marketing supervision management mechanism, create a good marketing environment. The results of this study, in a certain extent can provide a reference for the development of Hunan County commercial insurance.
