The Supply Chain Management is in extensive use in every field as an integrated mold in the back ground of globalization. Nowadays, the architecture projects are gradually developing more complex and more international; we solve the management of Supply Chain in the architecture area, gradually forming the management system of Supply Chain with the heart of total contractors. It has the advantage in its fund and technique and could keep the flexible feature of the middle and small enterprises, and pointing a valuable way to our architecture evolution. However we must notice that at the same time when the Supply Chain management brings enterprises profits it also brings various new risks. How to recognize these risks and how to estimate and deal with them are the problems for the members in enterprises. This study is just based on this background, through doing research on construction supply chain risk identification and evaluation, and this will provide a reference for building enterprise supply chain management. This paper based on the theory of management of construction supply chain and risk management. Followed by using the Supply Chain Operations Reference model (SCOR model) to establish a construction supply chain model. Because of the various process areas defined in the the SCOR model definition layer and configuration layer, the aspects of plan, procurement, construction and delivery which in construction supply chain can be defined. Integrate the knowledge of risk classification, analyze and identify the risks of construction supply chain. According to the major risks, they can be classified into six first grade evaluation indexes, and19second grade evaluation indexes. Then, use the method combination of Vague sets and gray relational analysis to estable a model, so as to evaluate all those indicators. Finally, the evaluation model is applied to the specific building enterprise supply chain.
