Agriculture is the pillar industry of China’s national economy, the development of seed industry affect the level of the development of agriculture. Although the seed industry in China’s market potential is large, but the time of the market process, the seed companies seed marketing is still relatively low level, the marketing channels more confusion. China joined the WTO, foreign seed giants have been pouring into the domestic seed market is very competitive. Chinese seed companies in the firm size, strength, brand competitiveness, and business philosophy, and multinational corporations still exist large differences exist and stand out in the fierce market competition, is the urgent problem of domestic seed companies.YH seed companies is a southern veteran seed companies. It is facing the challenges of multinational giants, and many kinds of industry competitors. How to adapt to the new environment, seize the opportunity to strengthen and expand the enterprise, to create enterprise’s core competitiveness, this is the new tasks of the new era of YH seed companies, but also the problems faced by many similar YH seed company seed companies. Established seed companies own proprietary sales channels and networks, and the establishment of effective management and control system mechanisms is an important way to address problems of seed marketing channels.Conducted a survey of through YH seed companies marketing channels, found that the YH seed company’s marketing channel construction is relatively simple, there is no formation of the system, improve the channel network.
