With economic development of science and technology continued progress, the commodity market competition between the individual enterprises has been converted to the competition between supply chains. Coordination of the supply chain is primarily based on the node running between enterprises and efficient information sharing and high-quality transmission of information. Collaborative management of effective supply chain can not do without an effective information sharing and collaboration. Therefore, how a supply chain to make suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and other channels of information between the connected together to form cooperative alliances become an urgent problem. This article is based on the environment, the relevant content of supply chain information coordination in supply chain management theory is analyzed and evaluated.For the problem of information sharing and collaborative in supply chain, in theory, we described information coordination mechanism of supply chain, proposed supply chain information platform for collaborative decision-making; By modeling a supply chain we analysised supply chain information collaborative of its value changes,proved supply chain information collaborative really helped to improve the overall effectiveness of the supply chain; Established benefits shapley value method model of collaborative supply chain information for the distribution of benefits; By application of intuitionistic fuzzy group decision making method and Similarity comparison method , analyzed and evaluated the partner selection in the supply chain information collaborative and the performance of supply chain information collaborative respectively .
