A Research On Bamboo Pulp Supply Chain Collaboration Of Company J

Bamboo pulp is resource-based commodity,company J production base of bamboo pulp deep into Sichuan region,because of supplying and marketing for a long time do not match,transportation takes too long and lead to high inventory in Sichuan,in the meanwhile,demand of bamboo pulp outside Sichuan do not have access timely and effectively.If bamboo pulp supply chain can complete better collaboration,ship more and quickly out of the western regions to the central and eastern regions,bamboo pulp will meet a very broad market demand.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the collaborative management of bamboo pulp supply chain.Based on the theory of supply chain and the theory of CPFR collaborative management,based on deep research of company J and its main suppliers company Y about production,sales and stock situation,finding that company J currently facing the most major problem is the production base of high inventory,while downstream customers cannot timely satisfied,and so to thoroughly analyze the main causes of those conflicts,and to further explore the necessity and possibility of bamboo pulp business under CPFR collaborative supply chain management mode.And on the base of all above,this paper advances bamboo pulp improvement scheme of the optimization of the supply chain coordination management,with the method of hydrophobic firstly to solve the problem of high inventory in Sichuan,and collaborative with company Y and logistics enterprises jointly to set up the CPFR information sharing platform,using third-party professional logistics collaborative supply gradually makes the supply chain links such as supply,1transportation and sales of bamboo pulp enter a virtuous cycle of interaction.Through a series of improvements and optimization actions,the inventory of the two production bases of company J located in Sichuan had been effectively reduced,the logistics cost has been reduced,the delivery time has been greatly shortened,and the customer satisfaction has been improved.Through the practice and application of CPFR collaborative management in bamboo pulp,this paper provides a practical case for the research and application of CPFR theory in bulk commodities,which has some certain reference value.
