Research On Present Production Operations Situation Analysis And Optimized Countermeasures Of The Cold Roll Forming Equipment Manufacture Enterprise

With the continuous improvement of China’s comprehensive national strength, peoplegradually pay attention to the studying on manufacture of cold-formed profiles equipment.In this paper, we researched a cold-formed profiles equipment manufacturenterprises,and analyzed the affecting factors of the current production status include time,cost, quality three aspects. Then, we combined with relevant theoretical knowledge tomake optimization strategies in keeping with the cold-formed profiles equipmentmanufacturing enterprises production operations status and conduct preliminaryimplementation of the application. And finally, through the use of comprehensiveevaluation methods of AHP and fuzzy analysis method, we reached conclusion that theproduction status of a cold-formed profiles equipment manufacturing enterprises is betterthan the situation before assess, and the optimizing countermeasures exist practicalsignificance for cold-formed profiles equipment manufacturer enterprises productionoperations. To some extent, the research made that equipment manufacturing industry forcold-formed profiles obtain further development, and established foundation for the futureresearch, innovation and development of related manufacturing enterprises.Progress made in this paper are as follows:1) Based on the survey production status of cold-formed profile equipmentmanufacturing enterprises in Hebei Province by field visits and surveys, the paperextracts the optimal production operations elements, establishes a universal model ofproduction operations.2) A detailed analysis of the survey results, combination of optimize theory andproduction status, creation optimal management model from concurrent engineering,quality management and cost control three aspects.3) Production operation optimization model applied to actual production management,and then combined the Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and AHP, compared the effectafter optimization and before optimization, derived value of optimization model.
