Management Research Of Innovative Technoligy Of The Small And Medium-Sized Construction Enterprises

Technical innovation is the key to improve the economic efficiency, enhance market competitiveness, and promote the development and technological progress of construction enterprises. And it is also the key to accelerate industrial structure adjustment and realize changes in the manner of economic growth.China has experienced the introduction of technology, imitative innovation, cooperative innovation, and gradually began to independent innovation. However, the economic growth of the construction enterprises in our country mainly relies on the expansion of economies of scale, rather than the promotion of innovation technology. Meanwhile, there are many problems in the technological management, such as the short of R&D efficiency, hard to improve technical failure, the unsatisfactory of the achievement transformation, and the lack of protection of patent technology.This paper starts from the concept of technology and technology management to start, according to the current situation of domestic and foreign technology, management, and points out that our country technology management awareness is not enough; and combining the innovation theory, this part belongs to the technical management innovation. Then analyzes the characters of technical innovation and management; innovative models of construction enterprise, and analyzes the characteristics of mode of production innovation, pointed out that China’s small and medium-sized construction enterprises and lead to innovation lag due to the lack of funding for research and professional and technical personnel; according to the characteristics of technology innovation management of construction enterprises, through the investigation of human, financial and organizations are the main factors influencing technology innovation management. Finally, through empirical analysis, technological innovation process, found that R&D funds were not in place in time, staff mobility is the key factor of restricting technology innovation, use TRIZ theory to find and solve problems in the process of innovation, the small and medium-sized construction enterprises can according to the scale of development of innovation technology patent protection, technology transfer or promotion of standardization get.In addition, the author puts forward suggestions that the small and medium-sized construction enterprises form normal innovation and set up their information technology platform, in order to facilitate the smooth development of innovative technology and make full use of it.
