GK Private Company's Quality Management System Improvement

The private small and medium enterprises contribute more and more in terms of employment and economic development. However, the development of private small and medium enterprises suffer low management level and poor the quality management techniques, due to the limitations such as the shortage of talents and technological backwardness, which prevents the private small and medium enterprises to be bigger and stronger. Based on the quality managerial practice of a manufacturing small and medium enterprises, this thesis focus on the issue of quality control and management in the private small and medium enterprises, and intends to explore the effective ways for promoting the management level in quality management.Firstly, the thesis made a literature review on quality control and management; then, the problems and difficulties were generalized after a thorough analysis on the current situations of quality management in private small and medium enterprises. Furthermore, a detailed introduction, especially the quality management practice, to GK Company, was presented, and then analyze the reasons respectively from the personnel, mechanism, materials, method, the environment. With the recent two years with the GK company’s leadership of top manager relentless focus on quality management, and then make a preliminary attempt from the personnel, mechanism, materials, method, the environment. It states that effective quality improvement is never ending, the effective quality management of an enterprise must be quality-centric. Start from the basis of quality management system, they must continue to improve the system and process to continue to meet the needs of customers.
