Improvement Study On Quality Management System Of FHDL Institute

With the development of reform and opening-up,and with the growth of socialistmarket economy in China, Chinese enterprises facing a lot of challenge, thecompetition among the enterprises is the product quality competition,more and moreattention has been paid to quality in every walk of life.Especially in the field ofdefense industry enterprise, the quality of military products related to the survival anddevelopment of these enterprises,the defense industry enterprise pursues high qualityand high dependability of products to an unprecedented height.Quality even has beenthe core of the survival and development of the defence industry enterprise.Toestablish a quality management system which operats effectivly and improvescontinuously is one of the most important basis of providing high quality products.This article studies from the domestic and foreign development situation aboutthe quality management system, explains the theory of the quality managementsystem, mainly introduces the current international and domestic popular qualitymanagement idea, theory and practice of improving the quality management system athome and abroad experience in recent years, on the basis of the brief review ofChinese quality management system development process and the well-knownenterprises to carry out quality management system improvement activities experience,aim to the status of the quality management system of the FHDL institute,investigated the main problems in the system audit in recent years,and conducted aquestionnaire survey to the quality management system, through the statisticalanalysis,found the main problems of the quality management system,including theleadership, the quality of staff training, the quality management system documentsand system audit, the outsourcing product quality control, and establish the qualitymanagement information system, in the end,presents a series improvement measures.Through the research of improvement on the quality management system of theFHDL institute, so as to promote the enterprise quality management level, improveproduct quality,at the same time,promote enterprise’s core competitive ability,and thesimilar defense industry enterprises which want to improve the quality managementsystem,can draw some ideas from it.
