Modern enterprise competition is primarily the talent competition. Under the background of external labor market,Employee turnover is more frequent and employees are also facing the threat of dismissal at any time.The improvement of employability is not only beneficial to the enterprise staff training but also to employee’s career growth.Based on the analysis of the concept of employability,career growth and turnover intention, this paper explore the relationship among the three in the empirical way.In the process of this study,according to the research hypothesis,this paper performs reliability analysis,validity analysis,variance analysis,descriptive statistical analysis,regression analysis on the collected data,we demonstrate the relationship between employability,career growth and turnover intention in the empirical approach.This this paper come to the following conclusions:1. employability has a positive impact on career growth.2. career growth can help to reduce employee turnover intention.3.employability and turnover intention are closely related,beside,career growth is a significant moderator between employability and turnover intention.At last,we discuss how to through the effort of both sides to improve the staffs employability and to promote career growth which can reduce employee turnover. This paper is not only establishes the overall model of the overall relationship between the three, but also study the sub models between the internal dimension. The discuss of the relationship between staffs employability and turnover intention has important practical significance.
