The Research On The Development Of The Rural Female Human Resources In Xiangxi Tujia&Miao Autonomous Prefecture, Hunan

The human resources development and the construction of the capability of the human resources become very significant to the development of one nation and the improvement of comprehensive national strength. Under this circumstance, from the perspective of social gender and vulnerable groups, this dissertation is based on the relevant theories of the human resource and capital, adopts the methods of historical literature method, empirical analysis and normative analysis, overall analysis and comparative analysis. According to the development of rural women human resources and the population quality, the research focuses on the rural areas and women human resources situation, which is about the development and utilization of rural women human resources in Xiangxi Tujia&Miao Autonomous Prefecture, Hunan. The development and utilization of rural women human resources have great effects on rural economic and social development in ethnic area. Because of the essential practice that the increase of regional economy cannot naturally or spontaneously be combined with the promotion of rural human resource status, for promoting the development and utilization of rural women human resources to change, efficiently improving the quality of rural women human resources, it has been systemically designed the establishment and implement of macro policies inclining to the development and utilization of women human resources.Based on many domestic and foreign scholars’ research, this dissertation’s findings are as follows:Firstly, from the perspective of study area and object, the development and utilization of rural women human resources in Xiangxi Tujia&Miao Autonomous Prefecture is not isolated from the diverse and complex statue in the rural ethnic area where is of lower level of economy and economic development, insufficient rural education investment and cultural conditions. And, the research on the development and utilization of rural women human resources in Xiangxi Tujia&Miao Autonomous Prefecture is actively significant to the rural economic and social development in the poor ethnic area. It can make up for the applied research on the theory of the human resource. Secondly, from the method of the research, the dissertation which is combined with the theoretical research and practical application has collected many of the data from the theoretical circle and related departments over the years. Therefore it can fully reflect the whole statue of the development and utilization of rural women human resources in Xiangxi Tujia&Miao Autonomous Prefecture from the multiple perspectives and make the data analysis to have more scientific and referable value. Thirdly, from the view of the research result, because of the particularity and diversity on the geographic and cultural conditions in Xiangxi Tujia&Miao Autonomous Prefecture, the research should make a breakthrough in ordinary pattern on the development of human resources and systematically construct the characteristic pattern on the development of rural women human resources in Xiangxi Tujia&Miao Autonomous Prefecture.
