The Research Of Development Strategy Of Kingsun Company

In order to chase the pavements of the development of the world economy, leading thecompany to sustain development and to improve management and administration, this paperexplored and discussed the development strategy of KingSun company from the overalldevelopment direction. After the KS company was deeply studied, this paper discussed theway to shape its strategic business planning according to the three steps of enterprise strategybuilding.In the face of the complex changes in the economic environment, this paper firstlyanalyzed the company’s external environment and internal environment, ant then made thestrategy implementation through SWOT analysis. Up to now, there has been no frozen perfectstrategic plan. The strategy formulation and implementation is a kind of continuous mutualadjustment. Therefore, analysis of various strategic theory is the first step of enterprisedevelopment strategy.This paper studied the company’s specific capabilities and analyzed the company’sstrategy development way through the analysis of the domestic LED industry environmentanalysis and the LED industry chain based on specific circumstances and also its advantagesand disadvantages. Finally this paper summarized the sustainable development way of LEDindustry which has certain directive significance to the operation and management of othercompanies within the dustry.
