In recent time, China’s auto market is growing at a rapid pace; the car sales market conditions’rapid changes have taken place. In the same time, the China’s auto production, sale, service and so on are required higher requirements because of the inccreasingly complex international automobile market. Who controls more advanced marketing strategies to better occupy more market. In the country to vigorously promote innovation, encourage domestic manufacturing, to protect state-owned brands under the influence of macroeconomic environment and consumer demand for domestically produced vehicles increasing, and status of Chery’s sales are increasing. Dalian Chery Automobile city as the most powerful dealer of the Chery brand can stimulate competition in the market in the firm to attract more customers to obtain greater profits, and its corporate marketing planning are inextricably linked.This paper first introduces the concepts, marketing and related theoretical basis for comprehensive domestic and foreign research. After using literature, interviews and analysis of comparative survey method to analyze the development of the company in the market environment and internal resources, and introduced the company’s car sales marketing planning strategies, such as pricing strategies, product promotion strategy, service marketing strategies, etc. On this basis, the automotive marketing plan implementation and how to enhance the market competitiveness of the city car made suggestions and safeguards.
