Marketing strategy is very important for modern enterprises,which is the bridge and link connecting the enterprise and the market.In the era of knowledge economy,marketing strategy plays an important role in developing new markets,satisfying market customers' needs and improving the core competitiveness of enterprises.For over 30 years of reform and opening up,China's economy has made great achievements,the most obvious change is the shortage of goods in the past,now abundant supplies,commodity trading has passed from seller's market to buyer's market.Now every day there are countless new products on the market,in the dazzling commodity ocean,how to make their products stand out? Is this a new requirement and challenge for the development of marketing strategy?This paper takes JF as the research object and carries on the research of marketing strategy.First of all,based on the related theories of marketing strategy,using PEST and SWOT analysis method to the company's operating environment is analyzed,and analyzed the existing problems at present,the company marketing strategy,through the analysis conclusion,for improving measures put forward the corresponding marketing strategy problem,enable companies to better and faster development.
