| With the arrival of the knowledge economy’s globalization, the construction industry as the pillar industry of China’s economic development, it’s drawbacks in technology and management backward is gradually appearing, leading to its facing the increasing competitive pressure. Knowledge management as a new management model in knowledge economy times, have been successfully applied in more and more enterprises. And Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of China has clearly require construction enterprises must strengthen its information management and knowledge management in "The program for the development of construction industry informatization from2011to2015", therefore, the research of Dalian Jinguang construction group’s knowledge management system has a very important significance for implementing knowledge management in China’s construction enterprise.Dalian Jinguang construction group is a traditional building enterprise. It has the basic characteristics of labor-intensive enterprises, but with the knowledge economy era, Dalian Jinguang construction group has been gradually aware of their own deficiencies and the importance of knowledge. In this paper, the problem of knowledge management in Dalian Jinguang Construction Group is the research background. Borrowing the leading edge theory of knowledge management and advanced practical experience from the home and abroad. We use the methods of standard analysis, comparative analysis and synthesis analysis. We analyze the specific compositions of Dalian Jinguang construction group’s knowledge management system from two aspects:strategy system of knowledge management and support system of knowledge management. And for status and barriers of Dalian Jinguang construction group’s knowledge management system, we proposed a solution for Dalian Jinguang construction group. It is has an important reference for Dalian Jinguang Construction Group’s implementing knowledge management. |
