Research On SYLM Group Knowledge Management System Construction

With the development of the information technology and the arrival of the knowledge economy, for enterprise, information technology and knowledge which have replaced capital and labor have become the most important resources and vital factors. The innovation and application of information technology and knowledge have made the enterprise continuously develop in competition, which has contributed to enormous wealth. By virtue of information technology, the information long-saved, employees’practical experiences and innovative ideas can be exploited and shared effectively, which would make the enterprise know his own knowledge resources, and use that knowledge to achieve the aim of development, which is essential for keeping the competitive advantage of enterprise. At present, enterprises, in increasing number, come to realize the significance of knowledge management, and began to explore the way to establish the platform of knowledge management by virtue of information technology---knowledge management system.By means of case study on SYLM group knowledge management system, the thesis designed to analyze the knowledge management demand in SYLM group, which aims to realize the innovation supported by knowledge and enterprise development driven by innovation combining relevant theories over the course of knowledge management system designing, construction and implementation, which is knowledge management demand oriented.Six chapters are included in this dissertation. The first part expounds the research background and its significance, research content and main methods. In the second part, it presents the knowledge management system function analysis and construction principle via the literature research on knowledge management present situation and system of the connotation and function analysis. Furthermore, the demand analysis, strategic positioning, explicit knowledge management demand have been stated in the third part through the present situation of knowledge management in SYLM group.Besides, the fourth part combed knowledge management business logic and system framework to design knowledge management system by analyzing the feasibility. Next, based on feasible design, the knowledge management system’s main construction contents has been put forward in chapter five, including knowledge base, knowledge innovation system, decision-making system and actual operation demonstration. For the development of knowledge management in SYLM group in the long run, the sixth part has investigated cases on the knowledge management system and comes up with the supporting measures for the implementation of system which involves in organization, action, culture and inspiration etc.
