Any of an enterprise which expect to establish an unassailable position in the competition must to do is trying to develop its own unique core competitiveness and make their own in the industry has unparalleled advantages and irreplaceable status,so as to truly stable income,increase security.For enterprises to acquire excellent human resources,the first step is to establish the core talent strategy to cultivate excellent talents,but really troubled enterprises is how to improve the satisfaction and loyalty of these talents.Enterprise invest a lot of time and money to develop elite,but how to make its focus on the effect of enterprises is not easy,so it has profound significance to research how to reduce the current problems facing the enterprise staff turnover.ASZ Company is a multinational enterprises inbusiness process outsourcing as the main business which established its branches in more than 60 countries and regions,the customer resources for more than 12 million companies with a total of more than 3 million employee.ASZ's annual income is $35 billion,which is the world's leading enterprise in business process outsourcing industry.This thesisfirstly stated the research purpose and significance,research ideas and methods are introduced in detail;then indicated 4 turnover cases of occurred in ASZ company,by facing these real cases ASZ reaction to the plight of the company;then the comprehensive application of all kinds of human resources management theory and model analysis and researchlearnt in MB.Respectively,from the performance management,salary and welfare,career management and employee care aspects will cause the excavated root lesions ASZ company employee turnover;finally,according to these factors make suggestions for solutions and improvement,the establishment of a complete set of employee turnover problem rectification system for ASZ company for ASZ,completely solve menace from the rear.In this thesis,through rational analysis,scientific rectification,help ASZ company to solve its employee turnover problem,the long-term to create the conditions for the unique core competitiveness,at the same time this set of recommendations and countermeasures can also help other business process outsourcing company to solve the same issue,which has an excellent reference.
