| This total is divided into five parts:the first part mainly introduce background and significance, literature review at home and abroad, and the research of this paper and new points.The second part mainly includes the meaning of government procurement, the characteristics, as well as the government procurement of the related theoretical basis, and emphatically discusses the current suited to China’s economic and social development etc.The third part describes the problems that in our country at present stage exist.The author think that the government procurement in China is not only in the aspect of improve the efficient allocation of resources but also in promoting energy saving and environmental protection of the role is very limited, especially for small and medium-sized enterprise support is lacking, and severe corruption in government procurement and the huge waste. This paper argues that the main cause of these problems is the lack of understanding of the government management system. So it is difficult to form an effective policy dynamic and powerful supervision mechanism.The fourth part mainly lists the countries such as America, Britain, South Korea, in terms of establishing and perfecting the government procurement has made some successful experience.
